Tikka Paste
Ingredients:

Water, Cotton Seed Oil, Chillies, Salt, cummin, Dry, Mango, Garlic,Ginger,Cardamom, Roasted Cloves, Cinnamon, Pepper,Citric Acid,Acetic Acid..

Requirements: • 500gms Chicken Legs/Panner
• 500 gms Curds
• 4tbsp. Rajmaya Tikka Paste
• 2tbsp. Kashmiri Paste(Optional)
Instructions:
• 500 Cut Chicken/Panner in 1" Cubes.
• Make a mixture of Rajmaya Tikaa paste , curds and Rajmaya Kashmiri Paste.
• Marinate the cubes with mixture & reffrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat the Grill and apply oil with brush on the tikkas.
Now grill on skewers and serve hot, decorate with green salad.

Garlic Paste
Ingredients:
Fresh Garlic, Salt, citric Acid, Acetic Acid Contains Permitted Class || Preservatives.
Instructions:

The Punjent Taste of Garlic has an important part in cooking all over the world, and it would be inconceivable to cook without this distinctive, highly aromatic smell and taste. A special manufacturing process ensures, the specially selected fresh cloves retain their natural flavour and pungency.

1 tblsp. of paste equal to 15g of raw garlic.

Tandoori paste
Ingredients:

Water, Cotton seed Oil, Chillies, Coriander, Salt, Dry Mango, Garlic , Ginger, Oil, Fenugreek, Cardamom, Roasted Cloves, Cinnamon, Citric Acid, Acetic Acid.

Requirements: •  1/2 kg Chicken
•  1 Cup Curds
•  25 gms Sliced Onion
•  4tbsp Rajmaya Tandoori Paste
Instructions:

•  Make a mixture of Rajmaya Tandoori Paste and Curd
•  Make a deep cuts on chicken and marinate with the mixture
•  Refrigerate for five hours.
•  Brush with oil & grill, serves hot after sprinkling Rajmaya Chat Masala and decorating with onion rings & Green Salad (serves4).

 
Curry Paste
Ingredients:

Water, Cotton Seed Oil, Chillies, Turmeric, Coriander, cumin, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Roasted Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardmom, citric Acid, Acetic Acid..

Requirements: •  2 Chopped Onion
• 20 gms Oil
•  3 tbsp. of Rajamaya Curry Paste 500 gms
•  Meat/ Chicken/ vegetables/
•  Fresh Coriander Leaves
•  1/2 cup coconut Milk
•  1 cup water.

Instructions:

•  Fry Onion in Oil

•  Add Coconut milk along with Meat/Chicken/ Vegetables, Rajamaya Curry Paste & water.

•  Now Add salt to taste and serve hot, decorate with fresh coriander leaves.

 

 
Biryani Paste
Ingredients:
Water, Cotton seed Oil, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Pepper, Roasted loves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Caraway, Chilies, Bay Leaves. Salt, Citric Acid, Acetic Acid.
Requirements: •  20 gms. Onion
•  4 tblsp Oil/Ghee/Butter
•  4tbsp. Rajmaya Biryani Paste.100gms Smashed Tomatoes
•  500gms Boiled Rice
•  100 gms Curds
•  500 gms Mixed Vegetable/chicken
Instructions:

• Fry Onions in Oil/Ghee/ Butter.

• Add smashed Tomatoes

• Curd and Rajmaya Biryani Paste.

• Mix/ vegetable/Chicken

• Add Boiled Rice Mix & Decorative with Saffron.
