500gms Chicken Legs/Panner
500 gms Curds
4tbsp. Rajmaya Tikka Paste
2tbsp. Kashmiri Paste(Optional) |
| Instructions: |
500 Cut Chicken/Panner in 1" Cubes.
Make a mixture of Rajmaya Tikaa paste , curds and Rajmaya Kashmiri Paste.
Marinate the cubes with mixture & reffrigerate for 4 hours.
Preheat the Grill and apply oil with brush on the tikkas.
Now grill on skewers and serve hot, decorate with green salad.

1/2 kg Chicken
1 Cup Curds
25 gms Sliced Onion
4tbsp Rajmaya Tandoori Paste |
| Instructions: |
Make a mixture of Rajmaya Tandoori Paste and Curd
Make a deep cuts on chicken and marinate with the mixture
Refrigerate for five hours.
Brush with oil & grill, serves hot after sprinkling Rajmaya Chat Masala and decorating with onion rings & Green Salad (serves4). |

Add Coconut milk along with Meat/Chicken/ Vegetables, Rajamaya Curry Paste & water.
Now Add salt to taste and serve hot, decorate with fresh coriander leaves.
