Ingredients:
Servings: 2 |
1 c diced fresh mango
1/2 c Orange juice;chilled
3th Clear honey
2 c Rich Milk;chilled
1 pn Garden rose petals,optional |
| Instructions: |
Combine mango,orange juice & sweetener in food processor.Blend for 1 1/2 minutes.your puree is ready.
Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy. Add the mango puree. process for about 1 minut.pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with rose petals if so desired. Serve immediately.Enjoy! |

Champagne Managoes |

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Managoes
10 oz Pkg Frozen raspberries/strawberries
1 bottle ice-cold champagne |

Chill Chamapagne glasses. Peel and slice mangoes and chill. Partially thaw raspberries. Before Serving,place slicess of mango on the bottom of the chilled champagne glasses. Top with a tablespoon of whole raspberries. Fill glasses to the top with chilled champagne. Serve at once. Savour the spirit! |

Banana & Manago Bread |

Ingredients:
Servings: 6-8 |
1c Butter ,1 1/4 c Packed Brown sugar,
Milkmaid,3 c Self-raising Flour,1/2 ts Salt,
1/2 ts cinnamon,1/4 ts grated Fresh Nutmeg,
1 1/2 c Mashed Ripe Bananas,1 small Ripe Mango,
1 c Golden Raisins & 1/2 c chopped Walnuts |

In a bowl, cream the butter with sugar until fluffy; beat in eggs, one at a time, until incorporated.In another bowl,combine mashed banans with mango puree. Mix the dry ingredients and banan mixture,alternately, into the creamed mixture until batter is just combined;fold in rasins and nuts. Pour butter into 2 greased 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until cake tester inserted in the centre tests done. Leave in p-an and let cool on racks.Makes 2 loaves. have a feast! |

Mango Salmon |

Fresh Filet of Salmon,thick
Fresh Garlic

Seasoning to taste
1 Mango,firm,ripe peeled and sliced |

Saute salmon in olive oil and garli.Do not overcook.Add Seasoning.When lightly seared on both side,Saute fresh mango in with salmon and serve with all ingredients. Have a feast!

3 1/2 Cups sliced mangoes
2 tbsp. Tapioca
3/4 Cup brown Sugar
1/4 tbsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Melted butter
Dough for 2-Crust pie |

Combine all ingredients (except Dough).Roll out 1/2 pie dough.Line a 9" pie pan and trim excess. Fill pie with fruit mixture.Roll out other half of dough and top pie.Press edge together and cut slits in the center. Bake 55 minutes or until brown in 425' oven. Go on a gastronomical journey! |

1/2 c Desiccated Coconut,! 1/2 ts cinnamon
2 1/2 tb Sugar,2/3 c Melted Butter |

2 1/2 tbsp. Gelatin,1 1/4 tbsp. Grated Lemon Rind
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice,1/2 c. Boiling Water
1/2 c. Sugar,3 Egg Yolks,3/4 lb. Cream Cheese
1 lb. Mashed Mango Pulp,1/2 c. Cold Water
1 1/2 c. Sour Cream & 2/3 c. Cream\ |

Mix the crushed graham crackers,chill until ready to use.Put the gelatin,lemon rind,lemon juice and boiling water in an electric blender and whirl for about 30 seconds. Add the sugar,egg yolks and softened cream cheese.Whirl on high speed for another 30 seconds. Add the mango water and sour cream. Blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.Pour into the prepared crust and chill until firm.Whip the cream and gelatin fold in the cake and serve. Have a delectable delight! |
